We offer a curated selection of furniture, decorative pieces, and statues designed to suit a variety of styles, from modern to classic. If you still can't find what you like, we can also offer full customisation and manufacturing from scratch for our clients.  

2. Where is Lumin Furniture based?

We are proudly based in Perth Australia, serving customers nationwide through our online store. Local purchase and pick up is also available, please contact us directly.

3. Do you offer custom furniture design services?

Yes, we provide customisation options for many of our furniture pieces. Simply share your requirements, and we’ll create something tailored to your needs.

4. How do I place an order on your website?

Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. For custom orders, contact us directly.

5. What are your delivery times?

Standard delivery takes 3–10 business days for in-stock items. Custom orders and pre-orders may take longer (up to 3 months), depending on production timelines and logistics. 

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can directly ship the products globally, however International shipping needs to be confirmed with us via phone or email.

 

Payment & Returns

 

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. You can also pay cash for local pick ups. 

8. What is your return policy?

We accept (change of mind) returns within 24 hours of delivery or pickup for items in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders and clearance items are non-refundable.

We source high-quality, durable materials, including a wide range of wood, metal (Aluminium, Stainless Steel), glass, resin, and eco-friendly options, depending on the product.
